This extension allows you to offer two different shipping methods, both based on a percentage of the subtotal of the order.

Subtotal * Percent + Handling Fee = Shipping cost.

Another shipping method is also included for orders entered in the admin area.

Customization can be done to allow more methods, or to modify it.
